AI Fluency Council

Privacy policy.

Last updated November 4, 2026.

This policy explains how AI Fluency Council handles personal information on this website. It covers inquiries sent to the Council and links to learning and credential-verification services. Separate services may provide their own privacy notices.

Information you provide

When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, selected topic and message. For team inquiries, we also collect your company name, team-size range and intended timeline. Submissions are stored so the Council can review and respond to them.

Do not include passwords, payment-card details, sensitive personal information or confidential client materials in an inquiry. This website does not accept final-project uploads or payment-card details.

How information is used

Inquiry information is used to answer questions, discuss assessment or team certification, and follow up on your request. Information may also be used to resolve problems, protect the website from misuse and meet applicable legal obligations.

Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Service providers and disclosure

Lovable Cloud provides storage for inquiry submissions. Hosting and email-delivery providers may process information needed to operate the website and deliver correspondence. Personal information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address misuse or protect legal rights.

Credential verification and other websites

Credential verification takes place at the Applied AI Registry. When you enter a credential ID on our verification page, your browser opens the Registry page for that ID. The ID becomes part of the destination address. Public credential details are handled by the Registry, not stored by this website’s verification form.

Preparation and learning links open AiHammock. AiHammock and the Registry handle information under their own policies. Review those policies before enrolling, submitting work or sharing personal information.

Technical information, cookies and fonts

Website hosting may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs to deliver pages and maintain security. This website does not currently include advertising trackers or site analytics scripts.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser makes requests to Google to display them, which can reveal technical information such as your IP address and browser details. External websites may use their own cookies and tracking technologies. Your browser settings let you manage cookies.

Retention and security

Inquiry records are stored in a restricted database. Visitors cannot read other people’s submissions. No website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

Retention needs depend on the inquiry, any resulting relationship and applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may ask us to delete inquiry information that is no longer needed. This policy does not set a fixed retention period for independent learning or Registry services.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask about information you have provided, request a correction or ask for deletion. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights, including access, restriction, objection or a portable copy of your information. Requests may be subject to identity verification and lawful recordkeeping requirements.

Send privacy questions and requests through the Council contact page. Select “Other” and identify your message as a privacy request. For information held by AiHammock or the Applied AI Registry, contact that service directly.

Changes to this policy

This page may be updated as the website or its information practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
